Order Management Shipping

When a customer places an order for your items, our order management system will give you an e-mail with order information on your registered e-mail address and your vendor dashboard will also be reflected.

Jodhpuri Furniture offers you on the website a merchant dashboard for the operation and management of your orders, which allows you to see all the information on the orders placed for your products.

Our comprehensive logistics network, with extensive coverage across the Indian subcontinent, lets you deliver your products to customers. You just need to ship your goods to our closest hub for this. If you can and want to handle the distribution on your own, however, you can ship the goods to the end customer on your own.

Payments Pricing Structure

We will charge a commission fee for your order. The commission charges vary from one group to another.

Our commission is made up of four separate components. These are as follows:

• Network Fee: Payments will be made for a fixed percentage of sales value. The price depends on the type.

• Shipping & Handling Fee: A fixed percentage of the value of the sale will be charged, which varies by category. When you ship on your own, you will be charged a 2 percent gateway fee.

• Marketing fee: A fixed amount of sales volume ranging from category to category.

• Tax: 18% and refers to the above-mentioned elements.

You can view commission charges across all categories through the vendor dashboard available on our website.

Both transactions will be handled twice a week (i.e. on Monday and Thursday) in compliance with applicable laws. Payment will be made directly via NEFT / Cheque or any other suitable payment method to your bank account.

1. Ordering completion and timely shipments.

a. You are expected to process customer-received orders through the Website in a timely manner and provide the same to customers within the specified time limits.
